Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, MOCA Logistics specializes in custom warehouse project management. With a team of over 170 employees, MOCA Logistics delivers tailored solutions, handling everything from deployment and commissioning to signage, maintenance, repairs, and construction, all designed to meet each client’s unique needs.
Around 170 MOCA Logistics employees travel for business, including visiting job sites and traveling for training, safety inspections, and client meetings. But, the company’s existing booking process was no longer effective. Before TravelPerk, Gaston Hill, Procurement and Quoting Manager at MOCA Logistics, was part of the team handling all travel arrangements through online booking platforms and direct airline reservations. 
Responsible for operations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and with plans to expand the office into a second location, Gaston realized that MOCA Logistics needed a better, simpler way to make numerous bookings and regain control over tracking travel data.

Gaston explained how MOCA Logistics was looking for an easier way to make numerous bookings for the 150 employees who regularly traveled. This feature helps Gaston and the team better manage travel expenses, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve their overall travel program. 
After using TravelPerk for a full year, Gaston has started to analyze the metrics by the platform and look for ways to improve the travel program in the future. He said, “We plan to use the data to negotiate better corporate rates with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies."
